Hot Toys’ Star Wars 40th Anniversary offering does not disappoint. It’s a sixth-scale action figure of Princess Leia based on her appearance in Star Wars Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back, particularly in the battle of Hoth. The figure’s highlight is of course its beautiful hand-painted portrait. Compare it with Hot Toys’ A New Hope Leia and you’ll appreciate this one even more. It’s a seriously great sculpt and finish, and I doubt fans would ever get tired of admiring this figure.
The action figure also comes with eight hands, a blaster pistol, a welding torch, a pair of goggles and a breathing apparatus. You can pre-order the figure from Sideshow Collectibles for $220 (USD).
