The Rick and Morty Intro in 8-Bit Style
January 13th, 2017Hey gang! It’s the Rick and Morty intro in glorious 8-bit retro style! Wait, what? Okay, the title says 8-bit, but that is some BS. Atari 2600 and NES never looked this good. This is more like 16-bit. Reminds me of my old TurboGrafx-16 video game console. The chiptune soundtrack is 8-bit though.
Regardless, it is an awesome clip. This animation was created by Paul Robertson for Adult Swim, who did a great job. I kind of wish all of the episodes could be like this, or at least one special episode. I love this style. Videos like this just make the wait for season three that much harder for me, but I do enjoy them.
