Star Trek Klingon Warship Built with 25,000 LEGO Bricks

The Klingon Bird of Prey is one of my favorite spaceships of all time. I just love the design. It is so beautiful and menacing. Well, one Star Trek fan has built the ultimate LEGO version of this ship using about 25,000 bricks. Its builder made a virtual blueprint from 2008 to 2010, and eventually built the real thing.
Kevin J. Walter from Germany recently unveiled his completed Bird of Prey, and it looks awesome. It took him about a year to build the finished version. It measures about 71 cm (~28″) long, 42 cm (~16.5″) wide, and 86 cm (~33.8″) wide, including the stand.
He did an amazing job and I would say that it was well worth the wait.
