Citizen Brick Mad Max: Fury Road & Planet of the Apes Minifigs

Bootleg LEGO maker Citizen Brick celebrated Thanksgiving with a pair of minifig sets based on sci-fi movies. The first one is Road Trip! Maximum Madness, which is obviously based on Mad Max: Fury Road. It includes Mad Max himself, Imperator Furiosa and the repentant War Boy Nux. The Max minifig has a shotgun and an alternate head with the face mask on, Furiosa has a huge wrench and Nux has a steering wheel.

Citizen Brick’s other new minifig set is An Ape’s Place: A Place Safe for Apes. It includes unofficial minifigs of Planet of the Apes’ George Taylor, a minister and a gorilla guard. Both the guard (the Hunt Leader?) and George come with a rifle, while the minister has a walking stick. You can order the sets for $45 (USD) each.
