Marvel and Funko Team up in Animated Short Spellbound

Marvel has released a neat animated short film called Spellbound. Watch Funko Pop! versions of Spider-Man and Iron Man take on Loki. Loki casts a spell on Spidey and then Iron Man and Spidey end up fighting each other. But things don’t go very well for Loki in the end. Sure, this is great marketing for Funko figures, but the short is entertaining and cute in it’s own right too.

Spellbound is the first of three shorts that will be released in the series. The next two are titled Bait N Switch and Chimichangas. I think you can guess who the hero is in the latter.

Bait N Switch sees Rocket Raccoon breaking into the Collector’s museum to rescue Groot. While Chimichangas is about Deadpool battling Venom. I can’t wait to see more.
