Sphero Battle-Worn BB-8 and Force Band

The coolest Star Wars toy just got even better. The Sphero BB-8 robot is back and better than ever. Now you can control the droid with the force. Sort of. Thanks to the Force band! This special collectors edition battle-scarred BB-8 bundle allows you to control your loyal droid with a few Jedi-like hand gestures. You can also create and view your own holographic messages. The Force Band also lets you discover and collect digital relics.

If that isn’t enough, the BB-8’s ‘Watch with me’ mode lets the droid react to scenes from Star Wars: The Force Awakens. It’s nice to see BB-8 doing some new tricks.

You can pre-order it now for a September 30th release. The special edition BB-8 Sphero and Force Band sell for about $243(USD). The Force Band alone is about $95.
