Return of the Caped Crusaders Brings Back 1960s Batman

Wow, this looks like a lot of retro campy fun. A new full trailer has been released for the animated film Batman: Return of the Caped Crusaders! The animation quality looks great and to make it even better, it also features the voices of Adam West, Burt Ward, and Julie Newmar, in their roles as Batman, Robin, and Catwoman. It’s really fun to see 1960s Batman back in some form.

This trailer gives us our first look at the villains in the story. They are The Joker, Riddler, and Penguin, though it’s unclear who’s doing their voices, as all three of the original cast members have sadly passed on. It will be released on Digital HD on October 11th, and it will be available on Blu-ray and DVD on November 1st, 2016. Fans of the old Batman show will love it.
