The History of Deadshot

With the Suicide Squad movie just around the corner, Variant Comics thought it would be fitting to take a look at the source material for one of the main characters, Floyd Lawton aka Deadshot.

Being one of DC’s oldest characters, Deadshot started out with a silly costume and mediocre goals – a tuxedo, and to take over Gotham, respectively – but has since morphed into a barely sane killing machine.
