Star Wars: Bloodline Princess Leia Attack Ad
June 5th, 2016Star Wars just released a short but funny commercial for Claudia Gray’s critically-acclaimed novel Star Wars: Bloodline. The book’s events takes place 6 years before Star Wars: The Force Awakens and is mainly about how then senator Leia Organa formed the Resistance. That takes us back to the video, which is a parody of political attack ads. It’s trying to convince whoever is voting for the New Republic Senate’s First Senator position to refrain from supporting Luke’s sister because of hilariously twisted reasons. Well, okay Han Solo is a murderer, we’re willing to concede that. But the rest kind of make sense too. Down with Princess Leia!
