Independence Day: Resurgence Kisses Famous Landmarks Goodbye

Do you remember the iconic Independence Day scene of an alien ship blasting the White House? Well, since the aliens are coming back, they aren’t going to just pass our landmarks by. They aim to destroy even more famous places this time around by the looks of it. These new posters for Independence Day: Resurgence feature Big Ben, the Eiffel Tower, Marina Bay Sands towers in Singapore, The Statue of Liberty, and the Washington Monument – all getting blasted to bits.
I’m sure that humanity will win by the end of this movie, but is there going to be anything left for us to call home? The movie releases on June 24th. I guess we’ll find out then.
