You know, those older editions of the Dune books have some fantastic art on the covers. Over the years I have always admired them. I know I’m not the only one. The mother of Redditor SummerRay apparently loves that old art, because she spent two years stitching three scenes based on old copies of Dune. The results are just amazing.

It is no surprise that two of the three pieces have been sold already. Apparently she will not part with the last one unless she gets a small fortune. I don’t blame her considering the amount of work that went into these. SummerRay has talked her into making some Star Wars-themed pieces now, so I can’t wait to see them.
