Doctor Who: 10 Heartbreaking Companion Exits
February 15th, 2016Doctor Who makes you feel a lot of emotions, but nothing tugs at your heartstrings like when a beloved companion has to leave. The latest companion to leave was Clara Oswald in the most recent season of the series. Because we didn’t cry enough, the BBC decided to put together a touching montage that includes some of the most emotional companion exits throughout the whole series.
Having grown up with classic Doctor Who, I think the most heartbreaking departures for me were Jo Grant and Sarah Jane. It was a very sad episode when Adric left the 5th Doctor as well. This is a great video that is sure to bring on the feels for Doctor Who fans.
