The Good of the One: A Musical Spock Tribute

by Conner Flynn

This will give Star Trek fans all of the feels. This superbly well done video is a musical tribute to both Leonard Nimoy and Spock by Melodysheep. It is titled The Good of the One. It uses Star Trek clips from the original series and the movies to discuss the prospect of the needs of the many outweighing the needs of the few.

It is all kicked off by Spock’s mother asking him, “Does the good of the many outweigh the good of the one?” It’s a deep question and this is a deep video that explores it to good effect. We all miss Leonard Nimoy, but we are richer for having known him.
