Kid’s Costume Made from 48″ First Order Stormtrooper Figure

by Lambert Varias

There’s kitbash, and then there’s kidbash. YouTuber TJ Maggio took apart Jakks Pacific’s 48″ Big Fig First Order Stormtrooper figure and used its parts to make a costume for his 8-year old son. It helped that the huge toy was hollow, though I’m sure they had to make adjustments here and there. TJ says he used Velcro to secure the shoulder, bicep and thigh pieces.

In case you’re interested, Jakks also has a 48″ Darth Vader figure.
