Japan’s All Nippon Airways Has a BB-8 Droid Plane
August 19th, 2015Back in April, we heard news of Japan’s All Nippon Airways (ANA) and their upcoming R2-D2 themed jet plane that will be flying through the skies soon. It is decked out to look just like our favorite Star Wars droid. Well, the airline isn’t content with just an R2-D2 plane. They want to fly more droids in the sky.
Now they have announced that two additional planes will be joining R2 in the sky for their Star Wars project. One of them is a plane with a BB-8 theme, and the other will have BB-8 on one side and R2-D2 on the other. Now that’s traveling in style. So it seems like they are crazy about droids. I wonder what’s next for them? C-3PO?
