Fear the Walking Dead Trailer
July 11th, 2015If you were thinking that you’d be waiting until October to see more of Robert Kirkman’s zombieverse on TV, good news. Fear the Walking Dead is coming out on August 23, and it’s looking like it could be a great addition to AMC’s roster.
We now have our first full trailer for the show, which dropped at this week’s San Diego Comic-Con. The series centers on a family living in Los Angeles during the early days of the outbreak that eventually turns millions into mindless man-eating zombies. Like The Walking Dead, the show is as much about its characters and relationships as it is about action, suspense and guts. That balance is one of the main reasons that keeps audiences coming back for more.
What makes this show potentially even more compelling than the original is how we get to see the world as it falls apart. I can only imagine the emotional toll that the fall of civilization will have as the characters watch the world ripped away beneath their feet. Watch the trailer now and decide for yourself.
