Sam Kwok’s Custom Iron Man Action Figures

Sam Kwok is a creative and prolific action figure modder. Although he works on a variety of characters, he clearly prefers modding Iron Man in his NECA and Hot Toys incarnations. Sam has mashed up Tony Stark with Spawn, the Xenomorph from Alien, Ultraman, Gundam RX-78-2 and even Hello Kitty. I don’t think he’s selling his works though.
