Sci-Fi Cookie Cutters: Live Long and Eat Lots of Cookies

If you are having a sci-fi themed party and you really want to wow your guests, I have a great idea for a super cool dessert. An Etsy artist named Smiltroy is making cookie cutters that allow you to create some unique and clever intergalactic treats.
Smiltroy has created more than a dozen different, carefully crafted designs focusing on two classic science fiction franchises – Star Wars and Star Trek. Among their designs are Boba Fett, Yoda, Stormtrooper, Deathstar, R2D2, C-3PO, Rebel Alliance insignia, Galactic Empire symbol, Star Trek Command symbol, Star Trek Science symbol, Star Trek Engineering symbol and, my favorite, a hand in the shape of Spock’s Live Long and Prosper gesture (which I still can’t do very well even after a lifetime of trying.)
Not only do these cookies look awesome, and the cutter prices are more than reasonable (about $10 each), they are made out of “Biodegradable plastic which comes from renewable resources like cornstarch, sugar cane, potato starch, etc.,” which means making these cookies will go a little way toward helping the environment live long and prosper.
