Superheroes Help Kids Mind Their Bathroom Manners
May 18th, 2015

My wife and I have a rather rambunctious, strong-willed three old. Like both of his parents, he is not fond of following rules, so now that we are trying to set some for him, especially when it comes to his bathroom behavior, we are looking for any help we can get. And who better to help lay down the law than some iconic superheroes.
I recently saw a set of really clever prints on Etsy by a New York City artist Nothing Panda that may just do the trick. My son already loves all of his superhero jammies, so if he sees them as setting rules of bathroom etiquette I think he will be much more likely to follow them. These simple, colorful, bold prints feature emblems from Superman, Spiderman, The Hulk and Batman encouraging kids to wash their hands, take a bath, flush the toilet and brush their teeth. I have a feeling once we put these up in his bathroom we may never be able to get him out of there.
Now if they can only design some similar superhero messages I can give to him before he goes on his first date.
