Daryl Kicks Zombie Butt in LEGO Short Film

The skilled walker hunter Daryl Dixon is still badass even as a minifig. YouTuber MonsieurCaron spent about a month and over 250,000 LEGO pieces – including Citizen Brick’s limited edition Zombie Hunting Enthusiast minifig – to create this fun stop motion short film.

I love how MonsieurCaron depicted zombie roadkill. That was easily the best part of the short for me. The filmmaker is well aware that gore and action are just small parts of The Walking Dead, but he admits that this is mainly an homage to Norman Reedus’ character and the zombie genre in general. Reedus himself seemed to like the short film because he shared it on Twitter.
