Brash, macho entrepreneur/NBA team owner Mark Cuban is a bit of an action figure himself. So it was not that much of a surprise when the Shark Tank reality show panelist decided during the program to back a fledgling company that creates personalized super hero figures.

The company is called You Kick Ass, and their concept pretty much does just that. Here’s how it works: On their site you can choose from about 16 different basic models, including Tremendous Man, Lightning Boy, and my personal favorite, Woman on Fire. Once you choose your base, you can customize it with different colored costumes, various powers and a variety of masks. And then comes the really cool part – you upload a picture of your face and a profile shot, and then the company uses 3D printing technology to put your head on your very own replica super hero.

They cost about $60 and take about 5 weeks to create and arrive at your lair. And yes, it’s a safe bet mark Cuban has already ordered his very own version of himself as Tremendous Man.
