The Cars of Mad Max: Fury Road

If there’s one thing you can count on in the universe of Mad Max, it’s awesomely badass vehicles. Regardless of the acting, script, or anything else that happens in Mad Max: Fury Road, the cars will be awesome. There’s just something so special about George Miller’s vision of the cars of the post-apocalyptic landscape, which are a car geek’s wet dream combining muscle cars, tanks, fuel tankers, hot rods, and deadly killing machines.

Now, thanks to Car and Driver, we have our first look at the amazing vehicles we can look forward to when Fury Road hits the big screen in a couple of weeks. And while most of them are almost certainly blown up, crashed or otherwise demolished in the film, we can still appreciate them for what they looked like before all of the death and destruction.
