R2-D2 Plays with Little Boy in Wheelchair, Melts Hearts

For close to 40 years, R2-D2 has been a major celebrity. He has been in countless TV shows and movies and an has appeared on an infinite number of merchandising items. After all of that time he is still a droid of the people. He was also a guest of honor at the 2015 Star Wars Celebration in Anaheim, California this past weekend, showing what a class act he is.

R2-D2 took some time out of his busy schedule to play with a little boy in a wheelchair at the Anaheim Convention Center and obviously he brightened his day. The kid started twirling around just like R2. This clip is sure to put a smile on your face and make you feel like a kid at heart.
