Darth Vader’s Famous Line in 20 Different Languages

Darth Vader’s famous line, “I am your father!” is one of the most recognizable lines in movie history and now you can hear it in 20 different languages thanks to Youtube user Matteo Di Pastena. It’s pretty interesting to hear these lines we know so well spoken in several foreign tongues.

The Spanish version sounds pretty menacing in part because it is all suave and dramatic. I have to say that the Hebrew version at 1:13 just sounds silly, making Vader seem like a real wimp. The Japanese version sounds pretty funny too. This is great stuff.
