The Millennium Falcon in a Chocolate Egg

This chocolate treat from Italian food blog Sweet & Geek puts an edible Millennium Falcon inside a giant chocolate Easter egg. I think it’s supposed to recreate the space slug scene from The Empire Strikes Back, even though it looks nothing like it. Not a problem. They had me at Millennium Falcon in a giant Easter egg.

The interior of the asteroid is sponge cake, creamy frosting, and buttercream shaped to look like grass or maybe tentacles. Again, don’t care. I just need to eat this. I guess that means I am the space slug. Been called worse. I’m happy to take the name if it means I get to eat a chocolate egg with a spaceship inside.
