Fan-made Modern X-Files Intro

Earlier this year we heard that Fox is considering bringing the X-Files TV show back for a limited series, so now seems like a good time revisit it.

This X-Files video was made by filmmaker Denver Jackson. It’s basically a shot-for-shot recreation of the original opening of the show, but updated for modern audiences, and with dramatically improved image quality. The slight change in music and the detective style images really work. Denver should definitely be making the intros for TV shows. Great job. Here’s the original for comparison.

I might have to go back and watch some episodes again just to see how well it holds up. I really enjoyed this series back when it originally aired.
