Star Wars Meets Star Fox

This mashup is a no-brainer. I can’t believe I didn’t think of this. Star Fox and Star Wars. They belong together. The Nerdist put together this amusing mashup trailer that combines two of our favorite vintage things. It is titled Star Fox: The Fur Awakens.

It is basically what you think it is. Star Fox characters doing what they do best, saving the galaxy while doing barrel rolls. Kudos to the guys and gals who did the special effects. The best part as far as I’m concerned is that they used real-life animal heads on pilot bodies. It’s freaky, but it works. C’mon Nintendo. Up your game!
