Giant Stud-Free LEGO USS Enterprise

Building a replica of the USS Enterprise using LEGO is no easy feat by itself, but doing it so that you hide all the little LEGO studs is even harder. That’s why I am in awe of Chris Melby who made this stud-free LEGO Enterprise using 18,000 LEGO bricks. It took him eight months to complete the project (presumably in a spacedock), and the finished ship measures over five feet long!
It is a thing of beauty and it even has it’s own stand. I love all of the detail Chris was able to get on this creation. This is proof that we could have an awesome LEGO Star Trek movie. We should have it. And we must have it.
