Dalek Gary: A Doctor Who Parody Web Series
January 31st, 2015This new web series from Kill9TV is called Dalek Gary and it looks like it will be the feel-good hit of the year. Does a Dalek named Gary have what it takes to live on modern day Earth? Gary searches for a job, friendship and even love in this series.
Gary is stranded on Earth with no weaponry and no way of reaching home. What else can he do but blend in with the locals until help arrives? So he gets selected by a British film crew as the subject of a documentary following the lives of illegal migrant workers trying to make a living in the United States.
Seems like a pretty simple premise and the perfect recipe for a geeky comedy. Dalek Gary debuts on Kill9TV’s YouTube channel this February.
