First Teaser Trailer for Fantastic Four Reboot
January 27th, 201520th Century Fox has released the first official teaser trailer for the reboot film directed by Josh Trank (Chronicle) and based on the Fantastic Four. You know what? It actually looks pretty good. This trailer features the younger versions of the main characters as they “prepare for what’s coming”.
The Fantastic Four, a contemporary re-imagining of Marvel’s original and longest-running superhero team, centers on four young outsiders who teleport to an alternate and dangerous universe, which alters their physical form in shocking ways. Their lives irrevocably upended, the team must learn to harness their daunting new abilities and work together to save Earth from a former friend turned enemy.
It looks a lot more slick and pulled together than the previous Fantastic Four movies, which weren’t exactly well received. The Fantastic Four reboot is scheduled to hit theaters on August 7 of this year.
