Amazing TARDIS Paper Mosaic
December 8th, 2014

Just when I thought I had seen every possible way of rendering Doctor Who’s TARDIS, along comes this beautiful work of art, made using a unusual technique called “paper tile mosaic” by its creator.
Canadian artist Choleena DiTullio uses intricately cut pieces of paper which are coated in acrylic gel and painstakingly assembled to create a completed image. This particular image measures 18″(w) x 29.5″(h), and is made from 369 individual pieces.
If you can’t afford the ~$533 (USD) asking price, you’re in luck. Choleena also offers the same image in postcard form for about $5 Be sure to stop by her Etsy shop to check out some of her other awesome art. My personal favorite being the famous Batman Slaps Robin – done up with dry-erase surfaces for you to write your own quotes on.
