Batman x Adventure Time

Both Batman and Adventure Time have huge fan bases – but I’m betting that there’s more overlap between the two very different franchises than you might think. If you fall into that bucket, you’ll be thrilled with UK artist Volatile-Vertex‘ mashups. These are truly the mashups that Gotham deserves.

Vertex created these 3D rendered images which envision Finn as Batman, and his sidekick Jake as a gargoyle, Gunter as the Penguin (naturally), The Ice King as Mr. Freeze, King Worm as the Mad Hatter and BMO as the always-resourceful Alfred. But my favorite has to be Princess Bubblegum as Batgirl.
