Sarlacc Pit Bundt Cake

Sarlacc Pit Bundt Cakezoom in

If you’re a Mandalorian bounty hunter, you can finally get your revenge and put the bite back on that mean old Sarlacc that devoured you in Return of the Jedi. This clever bundt cake was made to look like the Great Pit of Carkoon in the desert of Tatooine, complete with its toothy inhabitant, the Sarlacc.

Kathleen over at Yummy Crumble tipped us off to this delectable buttery caramel flavored bundt cake, which has been drizzled with salted caramel sauce and sprinkled with Biscoff cookie dust to replicate sand. If you’ve never eaten a Biscoff cookie, run to the store right now and buy a bag. Or better yet, try the Biscoff spread. I once had a donut glazed with the stuff and it’s off the hook. But I digress. The Sarlacc itself is made from Biscoff madeleines, with salted caramel buttercream and almond teeth. What’s not to like? About the only thing missing from this Sarlacc pit bundt cake is Boba Fett himself, but I’m guessing the Sarlacc already ate him for lunch.

Head on over to Yummy Crumble for the instructions, so you can make one for yourself.
