Invasion: An Exhibition of Alien Invasion Art

Hero Complex Gallery has another awesome art show launching this weekend, and this one should be great for anyone who’s into science fiction. The exhibition, entitled “Invasion!” celebrates the alien invasion genre. The imagery pays homage to everything from Space Invaders to Mars Attacks! and Alien. Facehuggers woot!

The show runs from 9/27 to 10/12/2014, with the opening reception tomorrow night (9/27) from 7 to 10pm. If you happen to be in the Los Angeles area, you’ll definitely want to RSVP and check it out. If not, you’ll be able to buy prints directly from the HCG website starting on the afternoon of Sunday, 9/28.
