Attackazoids, Deploy!!
August 3rd, 2014Created back in 2010 by !ROBOT HAND!, this short film is presented as a retro-style propaganda reel, encouraging humans to invest in bonds to take on a rebellion in the Off-World Settlement, using a military force of robots called “Attackazoids.”
The low budget flick combines live action and stop-motion animation, and does a great job combining kitch and creepiness. Plus, it’s just downright hilarious. Seriously, what was the last time you heard the line “Interplanetary jingoism has swept across the galaxy?”
