Z Nation is SyFy’s The Walking Dead

The network that brought you Sharknado, SyFy, has a new zombie series. Coming this September, SyFy is going zombie with their new show, Z Nation. Given the network’s track record for shlock, I wouldn’t expect anything too good from it, although I wouldn’t mind being pleasantly surprised.

The show is being produced by Asylum, the same folks who made the Sharknado movies. So, again, don’t expect anything super amazeballs. You can check it out right here if you are in desperate need of a Walking Dead clone.

It’s the old “only human to survive being bitten by a zombie” trick. Let’s get him to a lab in California. We can have adventures along the way.
