The Collector’s Gift: Animated Short
July 29th, 2014The Collector’s Gift is a wonderful animated short film by Ryan Kravetz. Set as a modern day fairytale about a young girl who discover the key to creating a new world. The film was created as Kravetz’s Master’s Thesis at USC and was made possible by a grant received from the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation.
A regional finalist for the 2013 Student Academy Awards The Collector’s Gift has been included in over 25 festivals and screenings around the world, including – The Hollywood Film Festival, Palm Springs International Short Fest, the British Animation Film Festival, Chicago International Children’s Film Festival, BAM Kids and the Barbican Centre in London.
