The Purge was a low-budget thriller that was a surprise cult hit in 2013 and the follow-up, The Purge: Anarchy, is in theaters now. The premise of the films is a future America in which the government has an idea to help curb crime by simply refusing to enforce any laws for one night a year. But what if Batman and the Joker came out during the purge?
