Outpost: A Crowd-Sourced Sci-Fi Adventure Film
June 21st, 2014Outpost is an epic sci-fi adventure film being made by Director/Writer/Producer Justin Giddings and Director/Writer Ryan Welsh. And they’ve brought together VFX experts who have worked on films like Prometheus and Harry Potter.
Here’s the film’s synopsis —
When the last member of a special class of diplomats called Citizens finds himself on the verge of discovering intelligent life, he realizes he has feelings for his android companion, A.R.I.A.. Just as Citizen Gordon is ready to reveal his feelings and embrace their unconventional relationship, news of a doomsday device headed his way puts him, his android, his discoveries, and even all of humanity in imminent danger…
Outpost is a film being made with the help of Fractured Atlas, a non-profit organization and all contributions are tax deductible. Check it out. The campaign ends on July 18, 2014.
