Hazel: A Children’s Science-Fantasy-Horror Book
June 15th, 2014This Kickstarter-backed children’s book is being created by author and artist Mat Hudson. We love the artwork that’s going into the book and the story sounds terrific. It follows the adventures of a 10-year-old girl who’s smart, sarcastic, moody and handy.
In the story, Hazel visits an abandoned theme park called “When Dinosaurs Ruled the West” where she’s bitten by two mysterious creatures. Hazel ends up being found out by her brother as she begins following him and the two team up to figure out who those creatures were and who is the mysterious “Lady X.”
