Registration is open for the inaugural Disney Star Wars Half Marathon to be held the weekend of January 15-18, 2015. If you’re not prepared to run the 13.1 miles in your Greedo costume you can also choose to run a 5K, 10K or even run a kids race.

The highlight of the weekend will be the Half Marathon, winding its way through the Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, California. The race will include Star Wars and Disney characters along the route to cheer you on. If that’s not enough, the Star Wars Rebel Challenge combines a 10K on Saturday with the Star Wars Half Marathon on Sunday for a total of 19.3 miles. Heck, I don’t even like driving for 19 miles without stopping for a break!

Disney will be hosting a Star Wars Wookie Welcome Party on Thursday night before the weekend begins, so be sure to arrive early!
