Typographic Movie Posters Created from the Scriptszoom in

These incredible movie posters are made using the entire script from the corresponding film. The artist, Robotic Ewe, creates the images from the text, recolorized and arranged to make up the movie poster. The Day the Earth Stood Still poster consists of all 28,812 words from the script, each individually colored and placed. Check out the detail from The Day the Earth Stood Still in the image below. The Star Wars poster is from the original 1977  Chantrell Star Wars – A New Hope cinema poster and contains 31,013 words. While the poster for Moon is just 5,000 words – not a lot to say in space, apparently.

You can purchase these prints on the Robotic Ewe Etsy store. He’s also got a lot of other great posters with the same theme, so be sure to check out the whole shop.
