Do Photons Experience Time?

Fraser Cain of Universe Today discusses the fact that, to a photon, time never passes. Einstein connected time and distance with the Theory of Relativity and, since light travels at light speed, a photon wearing  wristwatch would never see the second hand tick over even one second.
