Godzilla: New B-Roll Footage

It’s always interesting to take a look behind the lens during filming. These two B-roll videos take us inside the new Godzilla film. There’s not a great deal revealed in the footage but we get a chance to see Bryan Cranston, David Strathairn, Juliette Binoche, Aaron Taylor-Johnson and Juliette Binoche as the work alongside director Gareth Edwards in abandoned buildings and other sets.

Godzilla is being directed by Gareth Edwards (Monsters) and is based on a screenplay written by Drew Pearce, Max Borenstein and Frank Darabont. The cast also includes Bryan Cranston (Breaking Bad), Elizabeth Olsen (Oldboy), Aaron Taylor-Johnson (Kick-Ass 2), David Strathairn (The Bourne Legacy, Good Night and Good Luck) and Juliette Binoche (The Unbearable Lightness of Being, The English Patient, Chocolat). “An epic rebirth to Toho’s iconic Godzilla, this spectacular adventure pits the world’s most famous monster against malevolent creatures who, bolstered by humanity’s scientific arrogance, threaten our very existence.”

Godzilla arises from the depths yet again on May 16, 2014.
