The Purge: Anarchy First Trailer
February 17th, 2014The Purge was a low-budget thriller that came out last summer and turned out to be an underground hit. Now Universal is already teasing the trailer for the sequel, likely hoping to ride on the success of the first film before we all forget about it. The sequel, entitled The Purge: Anarchy, is also set in a future America in which the government has an idea to help curb crime: one night each year simply refuse to enforce any laws for a period of 12 hours. What could go wrong?
As we see in this first trailer, not everything goes according to plan for one couple, who are stranded on a public road as the Purge begins.
The Purge: Anarchy opens on June 20.
