The Walking Dead: A Tribute to The Governor

(Spoiler alert. If you haven’t yet seen The Walking Dead mid-season finale, stop reading now.)

AMC and actor David Morrisey give us this tribute to one of the baddest bad guys on television, The Governor. The character has the ability to manipulate others through his charm and guile, but he has nothing to lose. He was truly one of the great characters on the show and added a great deal of complexity to the storyline with Andrea, Rick and Michonne. Perhaps Danai Gurira (Michonne) puts it best when it comes to the death of The Governor: “It needed to be done. You had to end.”
