Metal Bum: A Short Film About a Homeless Robot
December 16th, 2013Metal Bum is a short film on the epidemic of turf warfare between unemployed robots and street musicians in urban America. Down on its luck, an obsolete robot turns to panhandling on the streets. One day it finds itself competing with a skillful street guitarist for precious donations.
The film was created by Daniel Kim with the help of BlackRapid Media for sound design. We really enjoyed this short film and who can help but feeling for the little robot, at least until about 15 seconds in?
