Doctor Who: The Making of the 50th Anniversary Special

by Kenny Hoeschen

Milk VFX takes us behind the scenes with the making of The Day of the Doctor, the Doctor Who 50th anniversary episode. The most difficult scenes to create, apparently, were the 3D paintings that the Doctor and Clara discover in the National Gallery, especially when the camera flies through and into the painting itself. We also see the creation of the portals and the Dalek forces that the team created for the episode.
