Helix: Second Trailer for Syfy’s Intense Sci-Fi Thriller

Ron Moore, the creator of the Battlestar Galactica reboot, has a new series coming to Syfy beginning early next year. A new extended trailer for the series was just released and it looks appropriately creepy and quite promising. The action takes place at an arctic research facility, where CDC scientists have uncovered a virus that mutates those who are infected.

Helix stars Billy Campbell as Dr. Alan Farragut, an emotionally troubled CDC pathologist. The cast also includes Hiroyuki Sanada, Kyra Zagorsky, Mark Ghanime, Jordan Hayes, Meegwun Fairbrother, Catherine Lemieux and Neil Napier.
