Queen Elizabeth I Discusses The Day of the Doctor

Joanna Page, who plays Elizabeth I in The Day of the Doctor, discusses the secrecy behind the creation of the special and explains why she simply couldn’t pass up the role.

The Day of the Doctor, the Doctor Who 50th Anniversary special, will be airing on the BBC in over 75 countries on November 23, including BBC Americabbc and the BBC UK. In addition, there will be a special screening event on November 25 in over 400 theaters in the U.S. and Canada.
